We work together with architects and engineers to develop a range of solutions for the restoration market. Drawing down on our vast experience of problems encountered during construction, and using an inherent pragmatic approach, Encore Building Systems can offer economic solutions to the many challenges encountered in a wide range of buildings from historical restorations, to veneer stabilization of hurricane damaged façades.
Encore Building Systems is available to undertake site visits and load testing to help develop specifications and to verify performance during the course of the project.
We supply a range of retrofit tie and anchor systems for the restoration market, and offer value engineered custom solutions to optimize performance, recognizing the importance of the owner's budgetary constraints.
