Core-Fix HT Helical Wall Ties
Core-Fix HT helical ties are used to take the applied lateral loads acting on existing masonry façades to maintain the integrity of the wall.
Core-Fix HT can also be used to secure masonry prior to opening up a hole in the wall.
Core-Fix HR Helical Horizontal Joint Reinforcement
Core-Fix HR Helical Horizontal Joint Reinforcement and Crack Repair is used in existing masonry facades to form “beams” within the masonry for lintel reinforcement, the stabilization of cracking in masonry walls caused by ground movement, and to reconnect wythes of structures built using different construction materials.
Core-Fix TA Torque Activated Anchors
Core-Fix TA torque activated anchors are used to take the applied lateral loads acting on existing masonry façades to maintain the integrity of the wall.
Different configurations are available to cater to specific substrates such as poured concrete, CMU, wood or steel stud, structural steel, etc.
Core-Fix Shear Anchors
Core-Fix Shear Anchors are torque activated and used to take the vertical shear loads imposed by the self weight of existing masonry façade units. The anchors also transfer applied tensile and compressive lateral loads back into the structure.
ProPile Helical Mini-Piling System
Originally developed as a lightweight piling system to stabilize walls affected by subsidence, its versatility has allowed its use in much wider applications. Used in combination with the Core-Fix HR masonry reinforcement system the ProPile helical mini-piling system can be used as a standard "pile and beam" repair method. The system is very quick and easy to install giving an efficient and cost-effective solution. ProPiles can also be used in new build applications where foundations are cast or bolted on to the previously driven ProPile helical mini-piling system. The lightweight installation equipment ensures ease of use, even on the wettest or most difficult sites to access. Because of its unique helical design it is very effective in tension and this allows it to be used for retaining wall stabilisation. Mobile telephone masts and tower base foundations are also ideal applications.
